Buhlebakhe is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. She has ten years experience in community engagement activities and volunteering. Throughout the years she has worked with organisations such as the Bulawayo Junior City Council, where she served as Junior Auditor and Rotaract. At University she was part of the Student Representative Council. She is a Joshua Nkomo Scholar. Buhle is a G(irls)20 Ambassador, having been the 2017 African Union Representative where she contributed towards a communique to G20 leaders on how they can increase female labor force participation whilst addressing issues such as Digital Economy and Climate Change. She is currently the Curator for the Global Shapers Community Bulawayo Hub, an initiative of the World Economic Forum.
