The Leadership Warehouse has been quite a journey. One filled with determination, delays, doubt, discoveries and drive. It has been a long time coming. Our journey as an organisation began years before many of us met. We all had a vision to make a difference, to bring change and to create, in our own ways, a better future for our communities.
I remember looking back at my own leadership path and how much of it involved, not only my determination, but other people taking a chance on me. More than once I had someone believe in my dream and invest in my potential. At times that is all it takes to change the world - changing someone's world. So the dream began, to bring together young people with different aspirations and talents, and a common goal: contributing towards the social and economic empowerment of communities by creating opportunities and platforms for young people.
We find ourselves at the beginning of our story as an organisation, team and family. Through it all, we hope to positively impact lives and that the fire to bring about sustainable development in our community never stops burning. That passion to make our world a better place for everyone, continues to drive each of us and we hope that, at the end of the day, the small ripples we create become the legacy of our organisation.
